This log usually resides in the same directory where the DBeaver launcher is (e.g. JVM creates a fatal log file for each crash (log gile hserrPID.log). If you are certain of the quality of your CSV & just want to import it quickly my subsequent post may be more useful. DBeaver provides tools for data editing and viewing within its Data Editor.
